Every file you generate with PromptlessPress comes with a full commercial licence. Sell it anywhere, unlimited times, keep 100% of your revenue.

What you can do

  • Sell on Amazon KDP, Gumroad, Payhip, Ko-fi
  • List on Notion Marketplace
  • Sell on your own website or store
  • Use for client projects
  • Create bundles with multiple generated products
  • Modify and customise before selling
  • Use in your own print-on-demand business
  • Keep 100% of sales revenue

✗ Not permitted

  • Resell access to PromptlessPress itself
  • Claim AI-generated art as hand-made (where platforms prohibit this)
  • Use to generate content that infringes on existing trademarks
  • Sub-license or white-label the platform
  • Use the PromptlessPress brand or logo without permission
  • Generate content for illegal purposes

Marketplace disclosure

Some marketplaces (including Etsy) require sellers to disclose when products are created with AI assistance. You are responsible for following the policies of any marketplace where you list your products. PromptlessPress is not liable for account suspensions resulting from non-disclosure.

Etsy's current policy allows AI-assisted digital products when disclosed. We recommend using their disclosure tools when listing.

Attribution

You are not required to credit PromptlessPress when selling your generated products. The products are yours.

Scope of licence

The commercial licence applies to all files generated by your PromptlessPress account during an active subscription. The licence for generated files is perpetual — files you generated while subscribed remain commercially licensed even if you later cancel your subscription.
