1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptlessPress (“Service”), operated by PromptlessPress (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PromptlessPress is an AI-powered digital product generation tool that creates Etsy-ready product designs, listing copy, and downloadable files. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a limited free tier.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit system. Free accounts receive 6 credits on signup. Paid subscriptions receive monthly credits as described on the pricing page. Credits are non-transferable and unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property — Your Content

You own all designs and content generated through the Service. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use, sell, and distribute all outputs generated by PromptlessPress. You may sell generated designs on Etsy and other marketplaces without restriction.

6. Prohibited Uses

Generating content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the underlying AI models or prompts
Reselling or redistributing access to the Service itself
Using automated scripts to consume credits without genuine use
Generating content that infringes on existing trademarks or copyrights

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits, except where required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose, free from errors, or commercially successful on any marketplace.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptlessPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
