By accessing or using PromptlessPress (“the Service”), operated by PromptlessPress (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
PromptlessPress is an AI-powered platform that generates digital products, Etsy listing copy, and mockup images for use on Etsy and other digital marketplaces. The Service uses third-party AI models (including fal.ai and OpenAI) to generate content on your behalf.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service operates on a credit system. One credit equals one AI image generation. Credits are consumed when you click “Generate” regardless of whether you download or list the result.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
Free plan: Designs generated on the Free plan are for personal use and testing only. You may not sell, distribute, or commercially exploit Free plan generations.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro): You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free commercial licence to use, reproduce, modify, and sell designs generated during an active paid subscription. This licence permits you to list and sell generated designs on Etsy, Shopify, Creative Market, or other marketplaces; include generated designs in client work; and modify generated designs before sale.
This licence does not permit reselling PromptlessPress-generated content as AI training data, or as a competing product or service. We retain no ownership claim over designs you generate. The underlying AI models are operated by third parties (fal.ai, OpenAI) and subject to their respective terms.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that infringes any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright; is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful to any person; depicts minors in any inappropriate context; impersonates any person, brand, or organisation; or violates any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions without refund.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including fal.ai, OpenAI, Stripe, Resend, and Etsy. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, or changes to their offerings.
If you use PromptlessPress to publish listings to Etsy, you are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Etsy’s Terms of Service, Seller Policy, Creativity Standards, and Prohibited Items Policy.
ETSY INTEGRATION DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY PROMPTLESSPRESS (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI generation times may vary depending on demand. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptlessPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be free of errors, meet your specific requirements, or be suitable for any particular marketplace.
You agree to indemnify and hold PromptlessPress harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your generated content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
