How do I create my first listing? ▾
Sign up for a free account (no card needed). Pick a product category, choose a style, add an optional keyword, then hit Generate. You’ll get 4 print-ready designs and a full Etsy listing kit in under 60 seconds.
How many free credits do I get? ▾
Every new account starts with 30 free credits. One complete listing pack (4 designs + listing kit) uses approximately 4 credits, giving you around 7 complete listings to try before upgrading.
Do I need design skills or AI prompting experience? ▾
No. You pick a product type, a visual style, and an optional theme keyword. PromptlessPress writes the AI prompt automatically. No prompting, no design tools, no prior experience needed.
Can I change or cancel my plan? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens to my credits if I cancel? ▾
Any unused credits from a paid plan are available until the end of your current billing period. Free credits do not expire.
Do you offer refunds? ▾
We don’t offer refunds on used credits, but if you’ve had a technical issue that prevented you from using the product, reach out to us on Discord and we’ll sort it out.
What file format do I receive? ▾
You receive print-ready PNG files at 300 DPI in standard print sizes (A4 and US Letter). All files are delivered as a ZIP download.
Can I use the files commercially? ▾
Free plan: personal use only. Starter and Pro plans include a full commercial licence — you can sell on Etsy, Creative Market, Gumroad, or any other marketplace.
How do I download my past generations? ▾
All your generations are saved in My Creations. Free accounts keep the last 30 generations. Starter keeps the last 150. Pro keeps everything, forever.
