Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel, you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the time you've already paid for — we don't charge you again after that. Packs you've already used aren't refundable, and monthly packs don't roll over to the next month. Your free credits top up to 12 at the start of each month. You can switch plans any time from your account settings.

We don't offer refunds on credits you've already used. If you've had a technical issue that prevented you from using the product properly, reach out on Discord and we'll review it case by case.

Yes. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free — 12 months for the price of 10. Both options are shown on the pricing page.

You receive print-ready PNG files. Designs are generated at high resolution appropriate for the product type — typically sized for A4 and US Letter at print-ready quality. All files are delivered as a ZIP archive with correctly named files ready for Etsy upload. A bonus HTML listing guide with copy-paste buttons is also included.

Free plan: Personal use only — you cannot sell files commercially. All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio): Full commercial license included. You can sell on Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, Payhip, or any other marketplace. You own the designs you generate and can list them immediately.

All your generations are saved in My Creations in the studio. Free accounts keep the last 30 generations. Starter keeps the last 150. Pro plan keeps everything, indefinitely. You can re-download any saved generation at any time.

Yes. The PNG files can be opened and edited in any image editor — Canva, Photoshop, Affinity Photo, GIMP, etc. Many sellers add their shop name, adjust colors, or combine designs. Edits are encouraged and don't affect your license.

If a generation fails, it does not use a listing — you can retry for free. Most failures are temporary (AI model timeout or connectivity). Try: refreshing the page, using a different browser, or waiting 60 seconds and retrying. If failures persist, let us know on Discord.

Currently, each generation produces a set of 4 designs and uses one listing. Refining a single design is free — every pack includes 4 free single-design re-rolls, so you can regenerate just one design without spending a pack. Starting a brand-new set of 4 uses another pack — the new set won't overwrite your previous one in My Creations.

In Step 2 (Listing Kit), use the tone picker to rewrite your listing in one of 5 tones: Professional, Playful, Luxurious, Minimalist, or Heartfelt. The rewrite is instant and uses no extra credits. You can switch between tones as many times as you like before downloading.

The studio has 4 phases:

• Step 1 — Designs: Your 4 AI-generated print-ready designs are shown. Pick your favorite(s) to take forward.
• Step 2 — Listing Kit: SEO-optimized title, 13 keyword tags, full description, and pricing suggestion. Adjust tone as needed.
• Step 3 — Mockups: Lifestyle mockups generated automatically using your selected design. Full-quality on-screen previews on Free; downloading unlocks on any paid plan.
• Step 4 — Publish: Download your ZIP, check your Etsy SEO score, and get ready to list.

Yes — Etsy's Creativity Standards (updated 2024) permit AI-generated digital products provided they are: (1) disclosed as AI-made in the listing, (2) original and not copying another seller's designs, and (3) listed under the correct category. PromptlessPress auto-generates the required AI disclosure text in every listing kit, so you're covered by default.

Yes. Every listing description generated by PromptlessPress includes a compliant AI disclosure statement. You are responsible for keeping it in your listing when you publish on Etsy. Do not remove it — Etsy requires this disclosure for AI-generated products as of 2024.

Only if you violate Etsy's rules — which are clear and avoidable. You can be removed for: failing to disclose AI-generated content, copying another seller's designs, using copyrighted characters or trademarked terms (e.g. Disney, NFL), making false claims about your product, or listing prohibited items. AI-generated images present a nuanced copyright situation. In most jurisdictions (including the US), purely AI-generated images without sufficient human authorship may not qualify for copyright protection. However, your curation, selection, editing, and combination of generated outputs into a sellable product does represent creative labor. Practically speaking: you own the right to sell your outputs commercially (on any paid plan), no other seller will receive identical designs, and PromptlessPress does not claim any ownership over what you generate.

Go to your account settings in the studio (top-right menu → Settings). From there you can update your email address and change your password. If you're locked out, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to get a reset link sent to your email.

To permanently delete your account and data, send a request via our Discord or email support. We'll process deletion within 7 days. Note: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — all generations and saved data will be removed.
