This page explains when refunds apply on PromptlessPress, in plain language. It restates the refund section of our Terms of Service. If this page and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms apply.
One generation = one listing = 4 credits (4 print-ready designs). A pack is consumed when a generation completes; refining a single design is free (4 free single-design re-rolls per pack). Used packs are non-refundable.
If a generation fails and no image is produced, you are not charged — no credit is taken, so there is nothing to refund.
If you have unused subscription credits, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the charge. These refunds are granted at our discretion. Top-up credits never expire and are non-refundable once purchased.
Email hello@promptlesspress.com within 7 days of the charge. Include the email on your account and the date of the charge, and we will sort it out.
